I don't think they are a lock ahead of us. Our profiles are very similar, which is why we have been swapping places with them over the last couple days on Torvik's site. Purdue is 2.25 on bracketmatrix and we are 2.32.
I have been assuming they are ahead of us when discussing what it would take for us to clinch a 2 seed.
Clinching a 2 seed requires a high level of confidence. I'm not highly confident we are ahead of Purdue.
