'11 KY F Chane Behanan (Offer)

I dont blame a kid for wanting to play for a future HOF coach. A coach that has taken 3 teams to a final 4 and won a national championship. You just move on. Dont think any of us thought he would be a Bearcat for some time now.

I heard a interview with a guy named fake Billy Clyde and CHANE does not even mention UC. Chane says he remembers growing up watching UL beat UC and he was thrilled to get offered by UK. So obviously its down to UL and UK but does he get playing time over the UK studs or if its down to UL getting Q-miller or Chane who do they go with. Here at UC he can be the star he wants, if he goes elsewhere he will play 2nd fiddle to other higher profile recruits. I guess we wait and see tomorrow what part of KY he is going to play in.

Chane has listed UC in his top 7 recently. I think most that follow recruiting believe they have long been on the bottom side of that. UL, UK, and WVU have been 1-3 in my opinion. All have coaches that win anywhere they go and place players in the NBA.

I completely agree with you! The only thing that i can tell these young players that look at a coach that puts players into the nba is look at the kids they are recruiting. No matter who got John Wall or Cousins or Xavier Henry or Stephenson these guys are NBA bound no matter what school they go to. Ya the style of play can help or hinder some of these kids but not to the point where they are sure fire lottery picks to not drafted at all. If UC gets Wall and Bledsoe and Cousins does not mean that Cronin is a better coach he just got players with an outstanding potential to play in the nba, players who would of been in the nba had it not been for the 1yr college rule. The only coach out of all of them that i can agree really puts players into the nba is Huggins. Although he gets super athletes when they come to him they are not always elite ball players, he is very good at making them learn there strengths and making them use that to there advantage. The one thing that I can say about UC is if you go there and you are good player you will play, as for these loaded teams you might play but it will take a year or two.

Behanan’s choice, according to multiple sources close to the recruitment, will be Louisville.

It's amazing that players still choose to play for him when it's proven he is a complete scumbag. It just shows that they really don't care about any of that. They want to be in the NBA and thats about it. How a mom could let their son play for someone like Pitino is beyond me.

What i dot understand is why he wouldnt of already just committed to UL and he has to wait one more day to make a decision. Hopefully he feels like he belongs in a Bearcat uniform, i highly doubt it though. Can Cronin get him to commit one more time. Lets see!!!!
