I typed his name into the search on Twitter and saw it on there. Really weird bc I don't see any of the tweets now, just a bunch of links to some article saying he's not practicing.

I would really hate to hear if the rumors are true. It's a terrible issue in society and a tough one to overcome. I can't say it's the first time I've heard this rumor though.

Yeah it's crazy how accessible that stuff is...a few years ago I tore ligaments in my ankle and I was on crutches for weeks. I had no limit on refills of 500 mg hydrocodone. I only refilled it once though bc I didn't like the idea of becoming dependent on that for the pain. So when I went through physical therapy I just dealt with the pain...but I can see how someone with a longer lasting injury, more severe injury, or multiple injuries could easily just take that kind of stuff without thinking too much about it. Then after prolonged use, you just wouldn't know what to do without it.

Pharmaceutical industry making out like bandits. You are absolutely right Jacob. We have many more people hooked on prescription drugs then any others. I have lost two of my employees to prescription drugs. I have a friend that works in a pharmacy and he tells me it's alarming the amount of people who try to obtain prescription drugs illegally. Strangely haven't heard one candidate on either side of the aisle address this issue or the fact that we lock up more people then any other country in the world. We also have more prisons then universities. Very concerned for you young people.

GUNNER

NEED AN EXPLANATION---How can one of the top QBs in the nation, coming out of high school, one who started the last two years in college and set all kinds of records, and more than likely play in the NFL, be a third string QB at UC. It boggles my mind.

The 2 years of Kiel almost cost the coach his job. We are installing a new style of offense. Kiel isn't suited for that style, and this is his last year. Moore has more time to get comfortable with what we're doing.

Plus, Kiel couldn't stay on the field when healthy. And we don't know the full details, but it sounds like he was dealing with some stuff in the offseason.

Who knows, he might be still struggling with addiction. Maybe the coaches are just letting him stay on the team for mentoring purposes. Just another possibility..
