I think PG wise it will be either Jaelin Llewellyn Tyler Harris or Nate Hinton. I think we should def be happy about any. Harris is short though but might be the better shooter of the 3.

If I had to guess, I'd guess we get Llwellyn.

As far as a big man or a wing who knows but I def say one of those 3 I just listed will be a the next bearcat point guard.

To get any one of those three, I would be very happy!

Anyone know why we haven't offered Jaxson Hayes from Moeller?

Interesting to hear if anyone knows anything about this kid. Dad coached tight ends for the Bengals. His mom was a basketball star at Drake. Football team signed a tight end from his school.

from what I hear he isn’t all that good. Came off the bench as a jr and went from 6’7 to 6’10 in a quick growth spurt.

It seems the bigs in this class are extremely weak.. So In this class you see a lot of big name schools offering 3 Star projects who they’d never offer in a better class. UC has diarra, Scott, brooks and Nsesome already booked and most are projects. I think the last thing UC needs is another project and that added depth might scare off a skilled big in the 2019 class

If hes not that good, hes not that good. I was just asking bc i saw some big names showing interest and he's right in our backyard.

I'm not worried about scaring off a 2019 big with a 2018 big though. We'll need someone one of those years for sure. and the guys we have will all be around either year. I'd rather find the right fit than kick the can down the road and hold out for a mystery 2019 player. The hypothetical guys we always talk about saving our scholarships for never really seem to be any different than the guys we are already in on. And I don't mean that as a knock on our recruiting...I just don't think saving scholarships for guys who's names we don't even know yet is a risky proposition. But again, in this case...if hes not that good, hes not that good.

U.C. does not get a chance very often for a local big, maybe he a late bloomer or maybe basketball was secondary for him until his growth spurt. I can't think of many local bigs Dickey-J. Flynn- Brannen- Starks-L.Thompson-BJ Grove-J.Jacobs but they are rare. This kid seems athletic ,smart, and I would hate to watch him play for some one else.
