2018 German DE Lorenz Metz committed today. 6-9 280 lb BEAST with a 4.8 40 time. Shane reported he will look to redshirt to develop but says he would have been a 4 star prospect just based on raw talent... Can't wait to see this animal take the field in a couple years!

Oh and size 19 feet...

WR from Xenia. Was committed to UK and decommitted on Tuesday to sign with the Bearcats yesterday. The other big name recruits were apparently a huge factor in swaying him to Cincinnati.

Two excellent (on paper at least) classes in a row! Good jobs by the Cincy coaching staff. This year’s class looks to be heavy on defensive players and wide receivers at this point. Almost every player is a 3 Star. Would love to see some 4 stars or (dare I ask) a 5 Star or two sign on, but I’m happy with were they are for right now.

Our two top recruits were 4 stars but down graded to 3 stars after they verbally committed to us.
