His current average of .38 would put him in 4th place career average from 3 right behind Durden at .385.

Cumberland is off to a decent start for a frosh. I expect his % to climb. Moore is another good addition.
Career 3-Point Field Goal Percentage (Minimum: 100 made)

.401 Field Williams 2000-01/2003-04
.394 Darnell Burton (306-777), 1993-94/1996-97
.385 LaZelle Durden (260-675), 1992-93/1994-95
.378 Steve Logan (258-682), 1998-99/2001-02
.358 Nick Van Exel (147-411), 1991-92/1992-93
.348 Melvin Levett (164-471), 1995-96/1998-99

Season 3-Point Field Goal Percentage (min 1.5/game)

.476 Roger McClendon (80-168) 1986-87
.438 Steve Sanders (53-121) 1989-90
.437 Field Williams (90-206) 2003-04
.431 Field Williams (59-137) 2001-02
.418 LaZelle Durden (102-244) 1993-94

Evans .418 last year and .38 for career

Again this is very outdated but just for a reference point

Cumberland shot .355 last year which would put him in Van Exel land for a career if he just maintained that average. I expect it to go up.

He started shooting .176 in his first 9 games. He ended shooting .389 for the rest of the games.

If Evans were to attempt and make as many as he did last year for the next two years he would end up around 40% for a career putting him at #1 or #2 all time career average.

From what I can gather the GoBearcat record book archives stopped calculating after the 2005-2006 season which the following year was Cronins first. I am not sure why they haven't updated since. Vaughn and SK should be among the top 5 in career points I think.

If anyone has another source that is up to date I would love to see it.

For reference here is the link I hope it works

When I mentioned Durden /Burton/Logan, how did I leave off Field Williams? Caupain's 4 years were 33%-40%-32%-33% so you can't always count on improvement. How about Clark's 0%-52%-29%.

This doesn't have records I don't think, but you can look at year by year stats and the player pages have career stats.

If the Bearcat record book archives ended the year before Cronin started these numbers for 3pt shooting may all still be valid.
