Assuming you are saying you don't see him as an NBA guy, I think his game actually fits better as an NBA player.

I'd put it as a 96% chance he is never going to be a superstar and likely not even ever the 2nd option for a team. So now you are looking at how a guy will fit into the role of an off the bench wing that gets 6 shots a game. He has thrived in that role at UC. He is outrageously efficient, a great defender, and doesn't make plays that take you out of the game. He could come in, play 15 minutes a night, take 3-5 open 3s and maybe get a dunk or two and be a solid glue guy average 8ish points a game. He has a very high floor and a low ceiling, but for a team like the T-Wolves that he was projected to that is exactly what they need. No one is expecting him to come in and steal minutes from Wiggins, but he also can't play the entire game.

Agree, I have said this before but I don’t know why he couldn’t be a Danny green type player. 3 and d guy. I also agree he could do better in the nba. More open game, bigger lanes to drive

I see Evans as an NBA starter at some point. No question for me.

I agree with you so long as he goes to the right situation. I was mostly trying to illustrate my point, that while we wish he would show off his NBA chops and shoot 20 times a game, NBA scouts aren't going to be looking for that because he won't be doing that in the NBA.

I know I am in the minority but I don't think Jacob Evans will be in the NBA, he has all the tangibles( size-athletic-can shoot the ball). In the NBA you have to be able beat your man and I don't think he is good at that. UC has had lot's of players that looked the part but did not go to the NBA. I also thought SK would not make it, so what do I know.

Evans plays the least deep position in basketball.

So his chances are better. He would be great playing on a winning team. He passes so well and I even then he could get some play the point in the NBA.

But selfishly I hope he stays one more year . Though Keith and Jarron are putting the program in good hands. But it mea
