Latest football arrest

Marcus Tappan was arrested recently with a football player from Northwestern. Apparently, Tappan broke a window in an Ohio Ave home causing an alarm to go off in what he indicated was an effort to regain property that was his inside the home. When police confronted him, he smelled of alcohol and had a fake ID on him. He is being charged with possession of the fake ID not sure about the underage drinking. The homeowners did not wish to charge him with a crime.
