Wonder why it always seems like it takes UC so much longer to offer in-state prospects while we always seem to be the first major program in on NYC area kids. Kid already was offered by Huggins back in October.

NTS, I find you rather contradicting. You wanted UC to offer a kid even earlier than the end of his sophomore year in high school, who although looks to be in the 50-60 range currently, what if he drops off these last couple years and ends up around 140 overall, and commits to UC's offer? Then I assume you'd blame Cronin for not being able to recruit better, and say he's "not a top 100 recruit." Am I not accurate here? Not trying to put words in your mouth; you just can't go both ways like that to me.

It was really just an observation, we seem to be way out in front in offering NYC/NYJ recruits before they really blow up but always seem behind on Ohio recruits. I guess the staff doesn't have good connections to coaches in Ohio? I don't think Mick has signed a high school kid from the state of Ohio (Im referring to outside of Cincinnati) in his 9 years. Just kind of odd.
