I won one league and am in two finals this week and a semifinals this week. Finished 5th and 6th in my other two. Gonna lose the semifinals this week unless a miracle occurs. The two finals I'm trailing close in one and have a decent lead in the other. Happy I won at least one league, two would be nice, three would be awesome. Baseball is such a long season and fantasy is no different....just wait and wait till September and cross your fingers your players are healthy and playing well.

Pitchers and Catchers report today. March madness is right around the corner and we have the number 5 team in the country to root for.

My reds have gotten off to the worst start in my lifetime. Couple that with this horrible weather and it is shaping up to be a very miserable summer. The good news is I am off to a 2-0 start in my fantasy league.

Will the Reds ever be good again? I remember growing up how dominant they were every year. Seems like they suck every year now. And I can’t understand for the life of me why they committed so much money to Joey Votto. He’s a very good player but they are handcuffed by his contract.

The contracts that kill them are Homer Bailey (who has been alright so far this year) and Devin Mesoraco. They are making over $34M combined this year. $9M more than Votto. Also doesn't help that most of these young pitchers are struggling to break through. Joey Votto and his contract are the very last thing I blame for the Reds being terrible. Imagine where they'd be without him. They might fall out of last place. |

I think Romano is starting to find his footing a little bit. Bailey, Castillo, Mahle, and Romano could be an alright 1-4 for now.
