Yes. Mich, MSU, ND, Oregon, Tenn, Purdue, Iowa have all offered.

His recruiter at UC was Chuck Martin.

OSU hasn't offered but is in the mix. Arnett has been to the Michigan junior day, and will be difficult to pry him away to UC.
