Funny you should ask about Ralphie. We (BCN) banned him last year becuase a user was claiming that he was libeling them and he attempted to create no less than 4 IDs in total to get back on the board which we also banned. Oh and I am a Mod, just not on this board.
I have never been on BCN. Why do you ask? And while we are at it, why do you allow this Ralph character to have so many ids? I was under the impression that this sort of practice was not permitted.
