Houston (AAC Tourney Championship)
Some hope from upsets in other conference tourneys today. Oregon St lost at Colorado by 29 in the regular season before beating them in the Pac12 championship. Georgetown lost to Creighton by 15 in the regular season and then destroyed them in the Big East final. Ohio lost to Buffalo by 20 in the regular season and then destroyed them in the MAC final. Georgia Tech lost at Florida St by 13 in the regular season and then beat them in the ACC final.
And of course in 2019 we lost to Houston at home by 16 before beating them in the AAC final. |
I’m just curious of the game plan. If Keith doesn’t play, we have 6-7 guys. Vogt and dou being two of them. So we can’t be too aggressive because of foul trouble but if we aren’t aggressive, they will kill us. They will also have the 3-4 best players on the floor. If we win, I think it will be the best win for uc in the last 20+ years.

13-point underdogs.
Would surely be one of the greatest upsets in UC history if we won. |
Let's just hope they miss alot of shots... We rebound hard. And we make alot of shots.

Being serious... we don’t need to be better than them. We just need to be better for 40 min.
I want them Once again go home without any hardware. Hoping Keith just had the poop cramps or a migraine. And is ready to go |
Keith had 6 points and 0 assists in the first game. I want him available to play but it may not be as big of an issue as we might think if he can’t go. Obviously depth is an issue but with DD return I don’t know how much better timing a return from opt out can get.

Keith playing.

We lost by 36 Saying he had 6 points and 0 zero assists says more why we were crushed not that we don’t need Keith lol |
