Tall guy we went after a few years ago???

Who's the incredibly tall guy that we had (not Hernol Hall) that was ruled ineligible? He had a foreign name, was it this guy? http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/ncaab-...69--ncaab.html

i know he went to miss st for a year. i belive he went div 2 after that.
