But Cronin's scheme also allowed players to rest. There were times last year where we had Cumberland just stand at half court and we played 4v4 on offense to give Cumberland a breather. Center is an even harder position to rest at and the one where developing depth is almost essential. If Vogt gets into foul trouble - which he has avoided much better than I expected - we are going to be playing an unknown a lot of minutes. Not saying we should lose games to give depth experience (though I believe some argued that it would be worth it in prior years), but up 20 against Vermont, we should be developing the depth behind Vogt.
Yeah he was so bad at developing he turned 4-5 sub 100 guys into pros
