With the issues conference affiliation has on landing top tier HS talent I would think our team and conference should use transfers as much as possible. I’m sure we still have to deal with some of the same issues but we can fill holes much more reliably this way I would think.
I’m on board with the idea even if it leads to our own transfers every once in a while.
