Kansas is helping him get a waiver. Plus he is from Houston so he can use the going home card. plus there is a long list of things his family has documented about his time at Kansas where they believe a waiver would be warranted. And to top it off, if Kansas gets hit with sanctions like some think they will in a month or so, that would also help his case.
