Big thanks to the seniors on this team. JJ and Cane really fought hard this year and had some great moments as Bearcats. Watching the end of the game and post game you can really see how devastated they are to be finished playing at UC and with their teammates. Last off-season I questioned whether JJ should transfer. But he stuck out his 4 years, showed the value of hard work and dedication and developed into one of our better players. If you could put his effort into a 6'5" frame, you likely have an NBA player. I'd love to see him stick around as a coach and hope instill what it takes to become a great player into our next round of recruits.
Broome had some great moments as well. Hit some big shots that won us quite a few games. Would have been nice to see more consistency from him, but overall he had a solid college career.
