If we only lose @Houston for the remainder of the season then we still should be in the drivers seat for the 2 seed.
Hopefully by then we will have risen from this slump and can have a decent chance to at least make the tourney finals. |

We could get the 2 seed even if we lose twice. We have the tiebreakers over Tulsa, SMU, and Wichita St. Tulsa has a pretty easy remaining schedule though. Our odds of getting at least a first round bye are really good unless we completely fall apart.

If we get the 2 I really like our chances making the championship game, but if we play Houston in the championship we are going to the NIT

Here is an interesting website I just learned about that helps predict where the tourney seeding will fall depending on how the remaining record plays out.
You have to pick who is the winner on the remaining games, then click submit. http://bball.notnothing.net/aac.php?sport=mbb |

Thanks, that's pretty cool. It's tough to get us to fall all the way to the 4 seed.

Tulane is playing tulsa at Tulsa and down 3 with under 8 to play, if Tulane wins it essentially clinches us at least the 2 seed which is huge for the quartfinals, the 7 seed will be ether uconn or temple, where if we got the 3 seed the 6 seed would be WSU, Memphis or smu

We need to beat UCF &Temple, and then I think we're pretty safe for the 2 seed. |

It looks like we are most likely going to end up with a #2/3 seed but we could still grab the #1 seed if we 1) win out 2) Tulsa loses at least one of their final two games (@Temple & @Wichita St) and 3) Memphis wins @Houston on Senior Day.
If we get the #2/3 seed, we will likely have an easier path to the finals but are far less likely to get another Q1 game in the quarters or semi-finals. |

#2 seed is better for the fans from a viewing perspective i believe. #2 seed gets the evening games. How do things look if we lose tomorrow? How low can we drop? |
