2010 #1 inside linebacker is transferring to Cincinnati from Florida State.

Not to rain on your parade, he was a second string backup at Florida State, only 23 tackles in 2 seasons at FSU. More evidence not to believe recruiting rankings.

Looks like Luc actually started their spring game this year and was very productive. My guess is he will be playing MLB for the Bearcats in 2013.
