Well no one from Slats showed up... Both times ive come to see them play no ones showed up. just my luck haha. looks like I shouldnt ever come again lol.

ha what a joke. I learned my lesson from the first time. I won't step another foot inside the summer league again. My guess is that their ride fell through again

i talked to the people running the league and UC called and all the Freshman had a class and could not show up. so its all good. No reason to get mad.

I just wish the people running the league would say something a little bit earlier than 2 minutes before tip. It's annoying to sit there and wait and then find out at the last minute. I'm sure if they had a class they notified the league well before 2 minutes before tip (or at least I hope they did), so why can't we find out earlier? Hell, post it on the website. I know it's just a fun league, but I cleared my schedule for tonight so that I could go, so if they knew by say 7:30ish, tell me then so that I don't sit there until tip.

SLATS scheduled to play today and tomorrow at 4. I think they are about out of excuses, so unless they have already scheduled to knit sweaters with grandma or are too busy studying for those tough Home Econ and Criminal Justice classes, they should be there.
