Now that the schedule is here, Lets do some game by game predictions.
-@Ohio State: L, Caleb Wesson just too much to handle for UC bigs -Drake: W and the start of a long win streak -Alabama A&M: W -*Illinois State: W -*WKU: W -*Nevada: W, Yes, this will win us a trophy, but we should donate it to goodwil. Trash tourney -UNLV: W -Vermont: W, Very close win but a win none the less -@Xavier: L, I hope CJB breaks out losing streak at Cintas but until then the smart bet is an L -Colgate: W -Tennessee: W, we will be in a groove by then, In JC i trust -*Iowa : W, Revenge game. We will win. -UCONN: W, Tough game to start conference play but a win -@Tulane: W, Won't be as easy as normal, but no way Jarron lets us lose -Tulsa: W, Frank haith is not beating us -@UCF: W, Will be a tough game, but we are far more talented -@Memphis: L, Could be a sold out crowd of 18K and we have no answer for wiseman -ECU: W, -@Temple: L, Temple returns a lot of guys. This is a toss up, but in philly i'll pick Temple -SMU: W, -Houston: W, We will get our revenge after they embarassed us on senior night -@WSU: L, Marshall will have this team back in the tourney. Koch is tough -@UCONN: W, The UCONN win streak continues. But less confident on this one -Memphis: W, we get a season defining win against Memphis -@ECU: W, THIS AIN"T HAPPENING AGAIN -UCF: W -WSU: W, Tough one, but we win -@HOUSTON: L, We ain't beating Houston at Home. -@USF: W, Hard fought battle, but we have Jarron, they don't -Temple (Senior Day) : W, Jarron going out with a bang. 24-6 I think thats good enough for a 4-6 seed in the tourney. Losses: @OSU, @Xavier, *Iowa, @Memphis, @Temple, @UConn, @Houston, @USF
22-8 I think J-Hub's prediction represents something closer to a best case scenario and a worst case scenario sees us with ~10 losses and bubble status. |

I think we go undefeated in Non Conference.....Potential loss would be Tennessee.
In Conference, I think we may drop 2 gms.....Potential losses would be Wichita, and Houston. So 28-2 or 27-3 It's just my thought. I'm optimistic because in theory, we really didn't lose anything this off season lol, seriously. Brooks****Just lost inches, Broome*****Couldn't get off the bench, Johnson****Just Flashes and he's gone, Jennifer***never ran PG the Coach did LOL!, the rest of the guys we lost don't even matter. I think we are about to see some up an down basketball, with young talent that will have more of an impact than just 1 young player a year. |

I get being optimistic. But man, that’s a lot of expectations for a first year coach in a league with some really great coaches. |

That's my call too. 8 losses give or take 2. Hopefully not too many early bumps and then finish strong. We have some good talent but just a lot of questions with the new regime getting things ironed out early enough. We need one of the 5's to emerge as a solid play and I include Diara in that group because Scott will be one of the bigs on the court obviously.
