KOCH: Fickell's Wrestling Career Still Drives Him Today

Russ Hellickson, the wrestling coach at Ohio State from 1986 to 2006, is confident that if University of Cincinnati football coach Luke Fickell had chosen to pursue wrestling in college instead of football, he would have won multiple national championships.

Very nice article. Thanks for sharing.

Anyone who has ever been on a wrestling mat can relate. There is no place to hide when your out there. Conditioning is huge. Wrestlers are some of the best conditioned athletes in sports. It takes tons of dedication and discipline. especially in the lower weights where Diet is very important. Wrestling in the Big Ten is not a easy task. It is the toughest conference in the country.
