I agree with that.

Also, I think if they're drafted straight out of high school, they should be allowed to play on that NBA teams' developmental squad. I actually don't follow much of the NBA other than watching highlights here and there. Does each team have a developmental team?

Burke wasn't even heavily recruited either. I believe it came down to us and Michigan and he went with the immediate playing time. Very good player and yet another example that you can't just judge a player based on how many stars are next to his name.

Crazy that the $uckeyes let him go.

Trey was a 4* player, if memory serves correct. He put up very good numbers for a solid Northland team, which include Jaylen Robinson and Devon Scott, both playing minutes for Dayton as true frosh.

And don't forget the fact that Cash was going to be here for two more years pretty much sealed the deal for Trey to go to Michigan.

Yes, he was a 4-star recruit by Scout and ESPN, but I wonder if that came in the final rankings? I just remember Rivals had him as a 3-star PG. He did not finish in the RSCI top 100 for 2011. While his offer sheet wasn't the greatest, there was a good list of teams had a lot of interest in him after he decommitted from Penn State. Looking back on it now his recruitment was a little better than I remember.
