Baylor/Ole Miss play in the other semi-final.

George Mason (2-3, KenPom #150) will consider themselves unlucky to come into this match-up with a losing record after losing nail biters against Penn and American in their opening two home games.

In their most recent game against North Carolina Central, they led by 20+ in the second half before winning 78-63.

George Mason returns everybody from last season's 16-17 team that also went 9-9 in the A-10. They play a 8-man rotation but with no one over 6-7 and 7 players averaging between 8-12 ppg.

Who do we want to see Ole Miss or Baylor? Not as an easier path standpoint but which team would be more of a challenge and better kenpom rankings?

Both teams were predicted to finish towards the bottom of their respective conferences.

Baylor already has a bad loss on their slate (72-69 to Texas Southern). Ole Miss lost at Butler recently but beat Western Michigan 90-64 in their first game of the year.

Both teams beat Nicholls State by 20+.

Thanks. I personally want to play Baylor due to their name and conference, but Ole Miss might be better. You can't lose to Texas Southern at home.
