Jenifer's steady improvement year over year has been a welcome site as well. Although he only has 3 assists to 5 turnovers in his last 4 games with two goose egg performances on assists. The ISO play is really killing that part of his game. |

They're #115 in NET though. Winning matters for that.

I went through the Bartorvik site to see what our expected seed would be if we lost anywhere from 0-5 more times.
Our seed line on that site would mirror our losses in the scenarios I chose. 8 losses = 8 seed (hopefully worst case) 7 losses = 7 seed 3 losses = 3 seed (best case) And so on. And I think that is probably pretty close to accurate. So I am hoping for 4 or less losses the rest of the way to avoid that 8-9 seed. I did not put in any "extra games" for the conference tourney which could affect the seeding slightly give or take a seed line for poor or great performance. Maybe we could get a 2 seed if we won the tourney or maybe we could get a 9 seed if we lost the first game etc. |

Didn’t see it anywhere else, but ESPN realeased a Top 25 college basketball players today and Cumberland was 14th, not too shabby.

His impact on this team is hard to understate. He's been money down the stretch in most close games. Impressive season thus far and he seems to be getting better.

NC State put up only 24 points on Saturday at home against VTech, the lowest ever for a ranked team in the shot clock era. They were averaging 84 points per game, and hadn't scored less than 65 all season. They went 9-54 (17%) from the field and 2-28 (7%) from three.
