Who cleared Prince? He never should’ve been allowed back on court to begin with. Yes some players have serious health issues that messes up their conditioning. For most part though these players are slim and long, we shouldn’t be having multiple players not finish sprints. Conditioning was major problem come March for Cronin teams, Brannen teams looked like they got stronger and better come March. It’s not for everybody but I believe strongly in well conditioned teams

Uh...yah! This is nuts.

There is an optimal level of training to achieve benefits. There is a point where the effect is on the negative side of the bell curve. Not monitoring heart rates is a good way to screw up a great workout or to kill someone. Not every person has the same capacity.

Still plenty of good players out there and I would guess someone else will leave. Vik or DDJ maybe.


Top needs in my opinion:

2 bigs,
Would love to get the big from wake forest. He’d be perfect.

Another good big if possible.

Scorer, preferably a player dropping down from a big conference. Similar to Newman.

I don’t feel like we are that far away from competing for second in the conference, which would be a start.

Id take Oby from Wake Forest and Quinn Slazinski from Louisville

If we get two impact players I think this team can put up a good fight for top 3 in conference. As it stands now I would say we can be top 5ish. I'm not just talking two more good role players either. I am talking starter quality players. 20 minute plus guys

I’ll take the scoring wings if they 6’5+ and developmental big. If we have 4-5 6’5 wings to throw at teams, that’ll do in this conference. We don’t necessarily need a big. If Koval can protect paint we should be good.

Sounds like we will be rounding out the staff with two former players. I love that! Depending on the pool of money we could even see some other good staff news happening. Wes is not done yet! Wow

DJ has been a rumor for a while and likely in the works. Rumor is a Cronin guy is also being talked to...maybe in the works. From what I can gather the name Kyle W is being thrown around.
