We suck im starting to get pissed maybe we do need someone young in here to attract talent. Like look what Penny is doing over at Memphis. Our recruiting is shit and I get our conference isn’t all that but if you have a coach that players want to play for they will consider it no matter what conference they are in

What is attractive about our program? You could say possibly going to the tournament every year but realistically the schools that we should be battling for recruits have an extremely good case to make the tournament each year as well even if they had one year where they slipped... let’s say you recruit a 4 star kid who holds offers from WVU, Syracuse, Florida, and Iowa State. The argument that we make the tournament every year doesn’t even make sense because mostly those schools would make it too. It only works against a recruit that has Buffalo as their other offer and that’s how we win the battle, big deal.

We are just finding ourselves in a place that there’s not too much sexiness in our program anymore..new arena maybe? But there probably a lot of good facilities out there

I think we need to get an ex player in here to coach like a Kenyon Martin type so when they call the kid they listen and don’t jjst hang up because we are in the AAC.. Kenyon is just an example

He has worked in the D League and in player development in the NBA. That'd be big to add for recruiting guards.
