Is...is this a serious post? Rehfeldt is seconds away from promotions and better jobs elsewhere. He's honestly too good for his current role. I'll be shocked if he's still in the same position within a couple years. Nobody works harder than he does. I'm seriously dying at this post.

From the first time they step on campus to the first game these guys add at minimum 10 LBS of muscle. Muscle mass is most dependent on body type. Someone like shaq/ellis arent going to ever lift more than someone like troy. Ever. Guarantee Troy can lift more than KD and always will. That doesnt mean KDs strength guy should be fired

Taron Barker...haven't heard that name in a while. Haha yes I believe he was the top bench presser on that team.
