Gorham had an OReb rate of 12, DReb rate of 22, and a true shooting percentage of 58. Tyson shot 41% from three on 224 attempts. Chaney had an OReb rate above 10 and a true shooting percentage of 65. Even as younger players on bad teams, they were all putting up elite stats in either shooting, rebounding, or passing. Grimes is the only one who struggled but was a top level recruit at KU. Sampson has done an excellent job at fitting all of those pieces together.

Comparing this to our roster, only three guys would fit. Davenport and his 59 true shooting percentage, Eason and his 13 OReb rate and 22 DReb rate, and DDJ's 30 assist rate.

Agreed, Vogt is the only guy absolutely don't want back. I think it would be best for both parties if Diarra left to, not because I don't want him but because dude will be 23 and have one year of college left, (2 if he uses the free year) but id like to see him go to a smaller school and start and play the whole game... ie: Trevor Moore, Nsoseme

Given where we are Dou staying would have been a godsend. I am not sure what his being 23 has to do with it. He is not from the US and it took him longer to get a degree. But at least he got one. Dou you have a problem with that?
