I seriously doubt Mick is going to redshirt 2 players.

Might depend on how the last scholarship is used. It may also be a decision made by the players themselves too if they don't see an immediate path to PT with all the JRs and SRs we'll have. It doesn't sound to me like either Nsoseme or Moore are very ready to help a potential Top 15 team.

You got me haha. I knew that about Scott, wasn't thinking lol. And a lot of people said Cumberland wouldn't be ready for d-1 basketball as a freshman, that was a huge concern for a lot of people on here. And brooks has definitely been better than expected I would say.

Plus going into this year we had lost 4 players. This year we lose 2 and are bringing in Broome who will already be a JR. For Nsoseme, the entire frontcourt is back. And we're still looking at combo guards, which may impact Moore the most if we have 7 guys at the 1, 2, and 3.

Mick has said in the past it is always the player's decision to red shirt. That said, I doubt he will want to use these scholarships for 5 years instead of 4. I think a run in March could be exactly what we need to elevate recruiting even more and I think we have a good shot at making a run this year. My guess is that, as long as Nsoseme can defend, block shots and rebound, he will be in the rotation, even if in limited minutes. If Moore can play defense, he has a chance to play too. Maybe in a Field Williams type of zone buster shooter role.

I'm confident in Eli and Williams of course. My biggest question mark is T Moore. Hopefully he become just such a deadly 3 point shooter, and we have a new Field Williams.
