Respect on the board

It's basketball season. The time the best and worse comes out of us all because we are all so passionate about our team. Just a few reminders:

1) Debate don't get personal.

2) No flaming or provocation with exaggerated statements meant only to draw a response.

3) Agree to disagree...whose opinion you gonna change anyway?

4) Be respectful...we may not always agree but let's start from the standpoint we all have the same agenda. A winning national program.

5) Have fun. It's going to be a season with some ups and downs. Lots of new pieces and lots of youth. Let's enjoy the ride together.

As is evidenced by posts like this. If we all can't get along, let's at least tolerate one another. All we're asking is for everyone to be adults.

Jeff, I think what people need to embrace is the differences we encounter on the board are the reasons we respond. As long as it's done with a open mind and respectfully it's all good.
