i like this guy a lot better than Jurick. Really hoping we land him. Sounds like our main competition is St. John's right now- which will be tough to overcome given the way Lavin is closing on players.

Immediate playing time should be a plus!

You know I hear such a varying degree of reports on this guy I'm not sure what to think. Heard everything from he could go pro to he is a mid major player.

Watching highlights got me excited for this kid. He is a very good athlete. He could be a good PF. Him and Jackson would be a good combo.

The game below was his 18th Double/Double of the season. St. Johns, Niagara and UC are said to be his top 3.

It was a day to remember for Erie Community College's God's Gift Achiuwa who had 39 points and 15 rebounds with Niagara University coach Joe Mihalich looking on. After a tough loss in their last game to Mercyhurst North East, ECC jumped out to a 37-29 half time lead thanks to Sam Hattin's hot shooting and God's Gift Achiuwa's post play. To open up the second half, God's Gift Achiuwa had two monster dunks but Monroe CC kept hanging around. They got to within six points with 12:35 to play in the second half but that was as close as they would get as ECC went on to win 95-69. God's Gift Achiuwa was 15 of 16 from the free throw line while Sam Hattin was 6-7 from 3 point land coming in off the bench to finish with 22 points. Jacob Grant and Greg Williams each had 15 points for Monroe CC.

I really like this guy as one of the top options for the Big Man slot needed to be filled for next year.

On your profile of him Jeff you have him listed as a Freshman, so he would have THREE years of eligibility remaining?

Got it, so this is his second year in JUCO then. You see guys every once in a while leave after one year. I think a guy at Marquette did that recently.
