5 teams (Min, TB, Hou, Det, Wash) are looking for head coaches now. I'd love if we can hold on to Zimmer but that guy deserves to be a head coach if he wants it. It's hard to imagine him not being any short list of HC candidates.

I know what you mean. I really really dont want to lose him but if he goes you gotta be happy for him. I truly believes he loves it here in Cincy but he wants that HC opportunity. He really has built this defense into his own.
