From DeWine about 30 minutes ago

ATHLETICS: For indoor events, we are asking for no events with spectators other than the athletes, parents, and others essential to the game.

Right now, outdoor events can continue.

If enforced, that should also affect the MAC tournament, the First Four in Dayton, and first weekend games in Cleveland. Other states are probably close to implementing similar measures. We'll have to see if/how these are enforced though.

Congrats to NKU on winning the Horizon League tournament and earning another NCAA bid.

DeWine will issue an order enforcing the ban on crowds at indoor events. So if the NCAA tournament goes forward, there will be no crowds at the First Four or first weekend games in Cleveland.

I know the NCAA was bit late to even consider things, but do they have any plans other than empty arena's? Any committee looking at playing weeks later?

NCAA makes it official - no fans for the tournament.

I’d be shocked if there was a tournament at this point
