I'll reserve judgement for when I see the kid play in the Big East. I've seen plenty of "highly rated" JUCO's disappoint. |

I'm just curious about how many JUCO's in the last 5 years have really done anything. Lets just say made it to first team all conference or even second team. Seems like JUCO recruits are not what they used to be. Didn't Patterson, blount, Van Excel etc . . all come from JUCO?

Not saying Rubles is comparable but the Marquette tandem of DJO and Jae Crowder were very impressive. Its rare but Jucos who have major impact do exist...

Ratliffe from Mizzou and Pierre Jackson of Baylor are a couple that have done well for themselves...

Adam Zagoria @AdamZagoria: Former Hawaii G Shaq Stokes is currently visiting Hofstra, sources told @SNYtv
Are we looking at him anymore? Posted just in case, but haven't read any updates on him for awhile, so don't know if we're still involved. |

Was on the phone, but a couple of notes: Shaq Stokes to Hofstra, Troy Caupain to Cincinnati, UMass assistant Antwon Jackson to Cincinnati. half a minute ago |
