Haven't had a top 25 recruiting class in what? 15+ years? But let's hold Brannen to that in his first 3....
Will someone with brain cells just lock this thread already? Last edited by TheRealUC; 05-12-2019 at 05:57 PM. |

He has a brand new arena to work with and god facilities. He has zero excuses not to land a top 25 class |

For me the expectations aren’t too different from mick. After 10 years, mick got this thing rolling. Aside from tournament wins. I don’t expect it to take as long as mick because the situations are different but it could take 3 years to see if it is going in the right direction. I also think we could be in the tournament next year if Jarron comes back. At least be a bubble team. Bringing back one of the best players in the country never hurts.

Next tourney Appearance: 2021 I think is reseansonable. Top 25 recruiting classes in the next 13 years: 3 # of sweet 16's in the next 13 years: 4 # of elite 8's in the next 13 years: 2 # of tourney appearences in next 13 seasons: 8 Winning percentage over next 13 years: Who cares? AAC Titles in next 13 years: 7 AAC Conference champs in next 13 years: 4 Players drafted: 3 5 Star players recruited: 2 Wining record vs Top 25 in 13 year period: Yes Was looking through the recruiting classes on 247 and UC had one top 50 class in the last 5 years with 0 being top 25. Glad to see you're keeping your expectations realistic. Last edited by Alum2013; 05-12-2019 at 07:03 PM. |

So let me get this straight Justin. Brannen has about 1/3 of the time to match, and in some cases, best Mick Cronin's accomplishments that took him 13 years to rack up?? If there's anything that has helped me move on from Mick Cronin and the ill effects of him leaving, it's attitudes like yours. So from the bottom of my heart I say thank you. I'm all in with CJB and the upcoming seasons. Let's f-cking go boys.
