I vote we hire Tommy Tuberville. He may have not coached basketball before but he did coach in a P5 conference.

The reds sold off/traded almost every talented player after dusty left. Dusty went to Washington where he had regular season success and was a perennial choke artist in the playoffs, not unlike mick or marv, and now he doesn't have a job.
