Listening to Wes speak during Big 12 Media Day, it's hard to tell if he genuinely believes that Aziz and Jamille have a chance with their appeals.
I definitely received mixed messages from the tidbits he gave about the process up to this point and the next steps. |

He can only go on based what the NCAA answer was. They are going through the motions, but you can't say anything with certainty at this point.

I doubt that the NCAA really cares what the Ohio AG thinks, but so be it if he sues them. They'll probably view it as an opportunity to test their power and if the rule is struck down, then schools can't blame them when kids try to transfer even more.

Florida and North Carolina's governments made cases for Miami and UNC football transfers, but their appeals were still denied. Seems the NCAA has suddenly become rigid in an effort to shut down two-time undergrad transfers. Bad timing for us since we have two of them at the same position.
