I met him and his folks while touring the football facilities before the WVU hoops game. Very nice and engaging young man.

Just spoke with Patrick on the phone, he is excited about going to UK for Junior Day this weekend.

At this point, he has offers from Cincy, Ill, and Louisville. Chuck Smith of UK is handling his recruiting and he will be speaking with his family before making any verbals (It looks like it will be a while before he chooses, but when he decides to do so, look for it to just happen).

After the UK visit, Patrick plans on visiting Vandy within the next few weeks.

One of the top rated QB’s in the country is Zeke Pike. The Bluegrass State hasn’t had a QB with this much attention since Tim Couch. Pike holds a ton of BCS offers and can basically pick any school in the country. UK has extended an offer to Pike, but it appears he is a long shot to end up at UK.

Both Patrick Towles and Adam Wing are top in-state QB’s. Towles currently holds several BCS offers, but the Cats have yet to extend an offer. Look for UK to offer Towles soon. Wing is another athletic QB who doesn’t play in an offensive system to show off his ability. Wing could really help himself by attending camps and combines this summer. He currently holds an offer from Marshall.
