It looks like UC may have made his cut down to 10-12 schools. It looks like he wants to leave the midwest so the chances are slim. He expects to make a decision around the beginning of the HS Football season.

He believes he has 27 offers. The 12 that made the cut look to be (in no particular order): Arkansas, UC, Florida, Michigan St, Ole Miss, UNC, Oregon, Purdue, Tennessee, UCLA, USC, Virginia Tech.
Kerry Coombs is recruiting him for UC. |

Hopefully the commitment of Temple positively influences this young man.

Kiaro Holts (Indianapolis, Ind./Warren Central), the No. 143 prospect in the ESPNU 150, has added a scholarship offer from Auburn, bringing his total to 28.
However, Holts has narrowed his list down to 13 schools -- Auburn, Florida, North Carolina, Cincinnati, Michigan State, Purdue, Arkansas, Tennessee, Ole Miss, USC, UCLA, Oregon and Virginia Tech. The 6-foot-5, 270-pound guard has visited most of the 13 schools left on his list. He hopes to get to the others over the summer. http://insider.espn.go.com/ncf/blog?...26id%3d5271003 |

Kiaro Holts (Indianapolis, IN) - Been told by more than one person I respect that
he's hands down the best player in Indiana for 2011. He's athletic, strong, and quick. Can get to the second level like few others at the tackle position. Needs to work on his knee bend and play a little lower. High 4-star guy. http://tharinger.com/site/MMailbag9.htm |

Aside from our QB commit, he might be the most important verbal (hopefully) that UC gets this year...for several reasons.
