Evans' junior year he put up 13.0/4.7/3.1 on 10.5 SPG with 1.3 Steals and 1.0 blocks. Damn near identical numbers. Evans is a bit better 3 point shooter in college.
Is he really 6’6”? UCAlum08 spoke to him at the airport. Alum, what do u think? Or Hub or Chad?
Jimmy butler doesn’t look that tall either, but it’s so hard to gauge with everyone around them being tall.

Yeah I would say 6'6 is accurate for him. I am 6'2 and he easily had 3-4 inches on me. I am looking forward to seeing his stats from the combine tests.

Gonna be crazy watching the NBA Draft for UC players this year. I could get used to that.

When is the last time we had multiple guys drafted? 2000?

Yes, 2000.

However, in 2005, Maxiell was drafted #26 and Robert Whaley was drafted #51. Whaley played his senior year at NAIA Walsh University after playing his junior year at UC.

Wow I remember him but don't remember that scenario at all. Why did he transfer?

Whaley was a sketchy dude. He had some very serious accusations against him which made him go juco (he was lucky to do that), if I recall.

I remember at UC he was overweight and out of shape and let a routine knee scope completely detail his only season at UC.

Bob Whaley with a baseball bat. It's literally all I remember about him. It WAS my Freshman year.

Also I just looked at his Wiki, good lord he panned out exactly as expected.

I'm not sure where my little limerick came from but here's Robert Whaley's illustrious rap sheet (allegedly):

2001: Accused and tried of Rape of a 13 year old; mistrial
2001-02: Community College
2003: "Played" a few minutes at UC; got knee injury and was out of shape
2004-05: NAIA transfer; POY and National Title
2006: Drafted by Utah Jazz
2006: Bar fight with fans; lied to police; cut by Jazz
2007-10: Played in Dominican Republic and Iran (lol)
2010: Arrested for running a drug house. Bag of weed found in his butt.
2014: Turns life around and starts AAU team of 5th graders
2015: Arrested for burglary of a Marriott

That's a mercurial career folks. He's like the anti-Gary Clark.
