Mid Season Synergy Grades

Figured it would be a good time to look at the Synergy grades of each player both offensively and defensively.
Ratings are based on points per possession. They simplify it into grades like Poor, below average, Excellent ETC

They get the grades as measure up against Everyone else, so the percentage you will see next to each player is the percent of players in D1 they grade better than.

Here is the scale:
83-100%: Excellent
65-82%: Very Good
51-64%: Good
31-50%: Average
15-30%: Below Average
0-14%: Poor
