Getting back to uc, that loss didn’t seem to affect our tourney chances much. We are still right there in most mocks. Which is kind of weird but I’ll take.

I think we’re at best a play in team.

If we beat Houston, then maybe not, but we are on absolutely thin ice and if the selection happened today, I’d be shutting bricks. If it happens after a Sunday win, then I’m still shitting bricks only slightly less

It's the type of matchup the NCAA would love, heck it might be enough to bump us/UCLA from first four out to last four in just to get the story line.

It would also piss Cronin off to no end, having to travel across the country to Dayton to play what would be essentially a home game for UC. We'd get to hear another Cronin rant.

Yep, I would almost rather a playin game in Dayton. A home game, like you said. Maybe enough to get hot or something. Who knows. Better than some noon game on a Thursday in Washington or something. We’d at least have a home game in prime time.

As long as we aren’t playing for the conference championship.

Bc Dayton is brutal for teams who play in championship games on Sunday then play again on Tuesday
