Looking much better now. Gotta keep up this same intensity on defense and continue to work for good shots on offense.

If we can keep it close until half and not rack up more fouls on our bigs, we will have a fighting chance. Ado, Ody and Lakhin have 2 fouls with 8 minutes to go though, if they add more before half time we are in trouble.

We've suddenly forgotten to take care of the ball so far this game, hopefully we can fix that.

Lakhin seems to surprise Illinois (and everyone else). No one expects a guy his size to be able to do what he does with the basketball.

Amazing turn around. It looked like we had no chance 8 minutes in, now we go into the half up by 3. Cockburn had 12 points in the first 8 minutes and 2 since.

Mikey and Lakhin have been by far our best players and might be two of the three best players on the court (the other of course being Cockburn). Mikey's speed lets him get to the basket at will, he's a one man fast break even when Illinois has 3 men back.

Illinois has had absolutely nothing outside of Cockburn and the little Puerto Rican PG.

Will be interesting to see what the approach is with Lakhin in the 2nd half with his 3 fouls. He's been absolutely immense.

I'm pretty sure the online box score is wrong. It should be Ody with 3 fouls and Lakhin with 2.
