One of the articles I quoted said something along the lines of if you work your butt off he's willing to leave you in even if you make some mistakes.

But also perhaps worse offensively. Haven't really seen much talk about his offensive schemes other than chuck it and go get it.

I have my doubts he can turn this or wants State of Cincinnati. He gets them “dudes” to play for him though.
