If we can start out next season with a rotation of Homer Bailey, Finnegan, Desclafani, Wheeler and Iglesias I would be crazy happy. Young and very very talented and other than Bailey a lot of team control contracts without much money.

Another tidbit from the Cueto deal is we sent some cash to KC to complete. For a team reportedly looking to shed money that's a little strange. Signals to me they expect at least Leake and Byrd to be gone but for Bruce and Chapman to be traded as well

The reds asked about wheeler and talks didn't gain traction which means not happening and nowhere on the internet does it say bruce is there #1 target.

Wheeler will not be Dealt for him and there are not
Active talks between teams.
