'12 OH PF Adolphus Washington
6'5" 240lbs PF Adolphus Washington
Cincinnati, Ohio Cincinnati Taft High School AAU: All-Ohio Purple (National Champs) Offer: No. Other offers: Interest from: Cincinnati, Xavier, Ohio, Miami OH, West Virginia Rivals: http://rivals.yahoo.com/indiana/bask...shington-92432 Washington is also a standout football player. It will be interesting to see which sport he pursues at the collegiate level. His size (240lbs+) might indicate a more natural football player (DE/TE). |

I think his best professional chance is in football. His size reminds me of Ray Edwards (Cin. Woodward - Purdue - Minne Vikings). Edwards is a nasty DE in the NFL. I think Washington could be the same type player. |

Adolphus Washington- Taft: The junior PF averaged 17 points and 14 boards despite being double teamed every single possession. Washington would be CPHR's pick for league player of the year as he was the key to Taft's third straight outright CMAC title, and an undefeated record.

Washington scored 18 points leading Taft to a lopsided win in the Div. 2 State Championship game.

Eleven different players scored for Taft, led by junior center Adolphus Washington’s 18 points. Washington also pulled down eight rebounds to lead the Senators.
