I disagree that this is going to be “solved” by any act of Congress or the Justice department. There is way to much money and power involved here. The people that have the money and power are NOT going to want to share it or give any of it up. They are going to want to consolidate it even more if possible. Many of these same people (college donors and college executives) are major political donors too. The members of Congress, and the leaders of the two major political parties are not going to want to alienate the people that are supporting them financially. It’s even going to hard for the courts to do much, other than in individual cases where existing laws have been broken.

I agree with Harry.....The only hope is for ESPN/Disney to push for UC to be involved in the move to the 4 divisions of 16 teams that will eventually happen.
