Jermaine Sanders
Kudos to him, he had been huge for us this year. He finally gets it, as he seems to play within himself and he is comfortable with the speed of the game now. He is never going to be SK, but he knows his role and he plays it very well. Without him or Shaq, this team would definitely have a few more losses this year. I worry about our offense just like everyone else, but we have more options this year. When I look at Caupain, Sanders, Shaq, KJ, and Lawrence (when healthy), they are what makes this team different than last year's team, along with JJ's emergence.

Sanders is a great glue guy. He does the little things you need to win games. I have said some not-so-positive things about his game in the past, but he has really proven me wrong.

Everyone really seems to be filling their roles for this team. Kilpatrick is option A on offense. Jackson is option B. Caupain and Thomas combine for option C. Rubles and Sanders are glue guys that play multiple positions and do all the little things. Guyn is our lock-down defender. Johnson's role can change from game to game, but he always adapts.
